Summary: The MEDIIOLapse project addresses the problem of fragmented and uncoordinated medical documentation, which places a burden on physicians and compromises patient safety. The aim is to develop an innovative and disruptive digital AI platform that introduces a Longitudinal Health Record (LHR) – a single, chronological overview of a patient’s complete medical history. The purpose is to enable faster and more accurate decision-making, reduce the administrative burden, and improve the quality of care.
The target groups are physicians, patients, and healthcare systems.
The expected outcome is the development of five innovative products – one comprehensive MedioLapse platform and four standalone AI modules (all at TRL 7) – which will enhance the company’s competitiveness, enable expansion into new markets, and create a foundation for revenue growth and job creation.
